With over 20 years of leadership and management experience, I have worked with a variety of visionary start-up und pioneer companies as head of customer service, branch manager and managing director of start-ups. I know what it takes to manage strong growth and my overarching goal is to always deliver the best possible customer experience. My value to the team is to be the go-to person for anything related to the handling of customers: communication, service or sales, technics and incidents or just business advice.
