WORK HISTORY
Photographer @Markus H. Green Photographic Art
Berlin, DE
Fine-Art photography picked up a camera while living in Japan as an exchange student — originally to take touristy snapshots, but the act of looking through the viewfinder quickly became something more. It helped me focus, find calm, and make sense of a visually intense and unfamiliar place. That way of seeing stuck with me. Over time, photography became both a personal and creative tool — a way to explore perspective, composition, and contrast. My current work centers around the duality of intuition and rationality — two ways of thinking that also shape how I approach strategy and decision-making in work (Marketing or Product roles included, wink wink).Yes, my work’s been exhibited. Yes, people have bought prints. You could too. wink again

ABOUT MARKUS H. GREEN
I help founders, creatives, and small teams turn ideas into clear offers, smart projects, and better ways of working. I do this through strategy, business design, and creative problem solving. My work often sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and creativity. I help people shape early-stage ideas into something useful, human, and valuable. I’m especially interested in how businesses, particularly creative ones, can use thoughtful systems, automation, and AI tools to support meaningful work rather than replace it. Good processes aren\'t about control. They\'re about flow. Reducing friction. Making it easier to do your best work. I’m at my best when things are still a little messy. Whether it’s an undefined project, a vague idea, or a challenge that doesn’t fit in a box, I listen closely, ask the right questions, and help people see the bigger picture behind what they\'re building. I believe good strategy feels like clarity, not complexity. It’s about connecting your ideas, your work, and your values into something people can understand and act on. Outside of work, I’m drawn to topics like mental health, sustainability, photography, cinema, and music. I also enjoy exploring the future of work, including how emerging technologies like AI and Web3 can be used in thoughtful, creative, and human-centered ways. Topics I work with: Strategy and Business Design | Offer Positioning | Creative Problem Solving | Systems Thinking | Process Optimization | Digital Projects and Website Strategy | AI and Automation for Creatives | Web3 | Future of Work
