Managing all sales & marketing channels for all of North America. • Collaborating with the Chief Executive Officer and Marketing Department in the Czech Republic for planning & budgeting, production and implementation of all in sales activities, including point of sales materials and promotions. • Work closely with the web development team to build an new E-commerce store and News Blog within the new RESPILON website. • Redesign and maintain all social media accounts. Includes: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business. • Design and Manage all Sales & Marketing material (including Brochures, Flyers, Training, Sales Presentations, Videos…) for North America. • Generate warm sales leads for the sales team through emails, social media, advertising, blogs, newsletters and contacting companies directly. • Supports sales teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated. • Coordinate events in North America: conference calls, trade shows, meetings, speaking engagements, special events and seminars. • Assist with hiring new sales people or any other position needed in North America within the business to reach objective.
