I am heading the patent litigation team at the CMS Hasche Sigle Düsseldorf office. I have extensive experience in enforcing IP rigths especially in the Automotive, Life Science, Telecommunication, Consumer Goods und Semiconductor Industry.My IP Practise covers contentious and non-contenious work in relation to patents, trademarks, designs, unfair competition, especially passing off, protection of trade secrets and IP driven transactions. I have substantial experience in coordinating and supporting international transactions and multi-jurisdicitonal litigation.
