As a Journey Architect, I support the territory sales executives in the United States and Canada as they help organizations begin or continue their cloud, data, analytics, and AI journeys. My responsibilities include: Developing strategic cloud roadmaps or initiatives that really move the needle with customers Providing thought-leadership and architectural guidance Bridging the gap between business outcomes and IT initiatives Aligning the customers of IT and cloud/solution providers Architecting and designing holistic solutions Developing a mutual cloud vision that customers want to embrace and execute upon Specifying the deliverables of consulting and implementation projects by writing the statements of work for Softchoice services Collaborating with the service delivery teams to ensure the services are delivered as specified in the statements of work and as required to meet customer business outcome objectives Taking leadership on enabling sales, pre-sales and post-sales teams on the value of Softchoice solutions
