Founder of unDavos and the unDavos Summit. First Davos as WEF Technology Pioneer 2008. First side events,\'unDavos\' 2011. By 2025 the community has grown to members. The unDavos Summit 2025 brought delegates, and 2026 will be the 6th annual Summit, with over 70 sessions and 200+ speakers on topics from quantum to health to AI. unDavos? It started as \'unconferencing Davos\', making an open space for the people outside the WEF, and even inside the WEF, to cover topics that were missing from the annual meeting. Now we think of Davos as the ultimate business platform - and the community helps people to join in, with the practicalities of a place to stay. and the real focus on having a meaningful presence with impact.

I work at the intersection of systems, people, and technology — understanding how things spread, connect, and scale. My background is in networks, behavioral science, and complex systems, which I\'ve applied over the years to companies, movements, and ideas that needed to grow fast and hold together. That line of work began with the \"science of spread,\" and my book \"Scaling: Small Smart Moves\" https://amzn.eu/d/3dY0KJm — and it still shapes everything I build today.This approach has shaped work with organizations like the Varkey Foundation, where I helped design the Global Teacher Prize - a $1M prize recognizing the world\'s best teacher.My connection to Davos began through the World Economic Forum, first as a Technology Pioneer and later as a Young Global Leader. That experience provided a front-row view of how global systems form — and how they can be opened up to greater participation and impact. From that idea came unDavos, which began as an open space for conversations that weren\'t happening inside the Forum itself. It has since evolved into the unDavos Summit and more recently \'REWIRE the Organization\', a conference within the Summit exploring how organizations rewire themselves for the age of AI.Alongside these, I created DavosWeek the app that helps delegates, partners, and organizations connect and navigate the wider Davos ecosystem, and Davos Delegations, which supports leaders and companies in building meaningful on-the-ground programs and partnerships during the week.I also serve as co-founder and CTO at Fresh Solutions AI, where we\'re building practical frameworks and systems to help companies move toward agentic, AI-native operations. The work at REWIRE now extends into the Rewire Academy at Fresh, offering training and consulting for leaders who want to make these shifts inside their own organizations.On the creative side, I release electronic music under the name [mwizard].
