ABOUT MARK TURNER
I am a Chartered Building Services Engineer 27 years’ experience specialising in Mechanical Services Design and Energy Efficiency Consultancy.I am responsible for leading all aspects of the mechanical services design, including production of system information at a range of contract stages, the technical analysis of building systems, and compliance with regulatory and voluntary standards. As a senior professional within the team, I am also regularly involved in a range of support duties, including business development, proposal writing, mentoring, and recruitment.I have a broad experience working across a range of built environment and construction sectors, including commercial, industrial, logistics, automotive, food and beverage, maritime, and residential. Duties under these schemes have ranged from high-level concept studies to the full design of mechanical services solutions. As a CIBSE registered Low Carbon Consultant (LCC), I also have a proven knowledge of low carbon design, sustainability and renewable energy technologies, including their use within the built environment.I am keen to help support the next generation of engineers and to share knowledge and experiences with junior colleagues. This includes supporting our graduate engineers through their chartership applications.I am an organised, methodical, and conscientious individual with a passion for innovation and sustainable development. I enjoy the collaborative approach of working with colleagues, clients, and other professionals to overcome challenges and develop design solutions.
