Mark is MD and Head of New Partnerships for BridgeBuilders S.T.G. Ltd, the company he co-founded in He has a teaching diploma in Speech & Drama, an MA in Management Learning specialising in Organisational Communications from Lancaster University (1997) and an MA with Distinction in Performance Making from Goldsmiths University (2010).Mark began his career as a theatre actor in New Zealand, also teaching voice, performance skills and drama. Since 1990 he has worked as a trainer, facilitator and leadership coach. He is co-author of “Did It Deliver? – evaluating arts-based training inside business” published by Arts & Business (2001).As a developer Mark aims to help professionals to become more effective, creative and influential communicators. His specialist expertise is in professional and organisational communications, leadership, team development, learning, creativity and strategy development. His approach uses the best of Appreciative Inquiry (finding what is working best in any system), reflective practice and experiential learning, rehearsal, and arts-based activities such as storytelling, improvisation, and theatre games.
