As the founding partner of Tinnerman Wealth Group and Senior Vice-President of BMO Nesbitt Burns, I am a Portfolio Manager and have been an Investment Advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns and its predecessor firm, Burns Fry Limited, since 1986. I have experienced first hand the advantages of proper generational planning, as well as the pitfalls of poor planning.
