Ethicall has been created to fill a niche in the out-sourced field contact area of the credit and lending industry. It’s an industry that finds itself in difficult times, with mounting bad debt and increasing and invasive regulation influencing it’s lending and collection practices. At Ethicall we do things differently. We understand that lenders are required to “know their customers” like never before, particularly in the mortgage arena where protocols dictate that a customer’s circumstances are fully and professionally examined before remedies can be suggested and actioned. So, we’ve created a dedicated full-time field force, managed and supervised by Regional Partners. We’ve recruited senior credit industry people who understand the lending industry and its customer’s needs. People who carry the kind of gravitas that our clients insist upon not only to eliminate their reputational risk on the doorstep, but also to enhance their standing in the eyes of their customer. People who speak the credit industry’s language. We’re supporting them with state of the art systems allowing real-time on-line reporting.
