That experience built my technical foundation and ability to communicate and lead under pressure as a team member.What’s always driven me is the people side of the work - building relationships, learning from others, and helping teams perform at their best. I bring that same mindset from my background in competitive sports like hockey, lacrosse and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
