I\'m an experienced finance and accounting professional with expertiese in financial reporting and general ledger accounting and financial analysis. As a CPA, I\'m a trusted business partner, and I ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the financial close across an organization, in compliance with accounting principles and company policies.I also identify and lead strategic initiatives focused on continuous improvement, reducing complexity, and global standardization through process improvements and harmonization. I partner with business and operations leaders to support scope initiatives and implementation, and provide data analysis and communication of detailed variances. Additionally, I mentor, coach, and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
