I specialize in building custom professional education programs with a team of faculty and experts from top universities and communities around the globe who develop leaders who empower meaningful change in their organizations. The underpinning of my professional education programs are logistics and supply chain management. My clients include high-potential members of the military, private industry, and government agencies. My most recent position prior to joining the Institute for Defense & Business staff was working for the Army\'s most senior leaders, including the Chief of Staff and assistant secretaries of the Army on the Army\'s Talent Management Task Force. My work allowed me to lead teams that transformed the way the Army with 1.4 million employees looks at solutions to attracting and retaining the Army\'s best talent. I have earned a Master of Arts of Management and Leadership from Webster University.If you find me in my free time, you\'ll find me outside with my wife, whether it be tending to our flock of ducks and chickens in our garden or catching a few waves on our paddle boards on the James River.
