Assigned to multiple infrastructure engineering squads consisting of the following areas- Cloud Services- Data Center Engineering Duties include- Coaching squad members and the Product Owner on Agile principles and best practices- Assisting the squad in resolving obstacles that hinder the completion of work- Shielding the squad from external interruptions, distractions, and requests that do not adhere to the squad\'s intake process or are not prioritized by the Product Owner- Identifying and addressing team dynamics that impact productivity and escalating if necessary- Identifying and addressing gaps in squad processes and responsibilities- Monitoring the squad\'s board(s) to ensure all necessary information is completed for Stories and Epics- Guiding squad members in self-management and cross-functionality- Leading squad ceremonies (Stand-up, Refinement, Planning/Decomp, Retro)- Providing feedback to squad members- Cultivating an environment where the squad can be effective, promoting continuous improvement and experimentation.
