About Mark Rivers
Mark is responsible for all of Lowe’s commercial activities in the East, including acquisitions, development and management. Additionally, he directly leads all development activities in the region. Some noteworthy projects include The Hepburn, the Washington Hilton Restoration, and CityVista in Washington, DC, and the National Science Foundation Headquarters in Alexandria, VA. Prior to joining Lowe Mark was the Development Executive for Gallery Place in Washington, DC and managed many other major projects including development of the American Red Cross HQ. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and is Chair of the DC Real Estate fundraising committee for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington.
