Being expertly adept in budget management, financial management, and project management and implementation means that I bring the skills to elevate any organization to meet its goals and directives with ease and efficiency. My ability to train and develop competent staff and create a strong team environment for the various hotels I have managed has earned me the honor of many leadership awards, 2017 Mike LaPenta Leadership award among them. Although I take much joy in my professional life, I do also enjoy my personal time.
