His leadership spans AI/ML platforms, hyperscale cloud architecture, submarine cable systems, and large-scale data center development. He is recognized for combining technical depth with capital discipline, enabling rapid execution from strategy through deployment.Previously, Mark served as Senior Director of Global Infrastructure at Google, where he led infrastructure business strategy, long-term technology vision, and global planning across networking, data centers, and subsea systems. He also represented Google on the Board of Directors of Csquared (a Google investment) from 2019–2021. He previously held executive leadership roles at AtlasEdge (CTO), Level 3 Communications (now Lumen Technologies), and Williams.Mark is an industry thought leader in AI-driven infrastructure, energy-aligned data center development, and next-generation digital platforms. He actively advises founders, CEOs, and institutional investors on scaling technology businesses and deploying capital into mission-critical digital infrastructure.
