While maintaining a high standard of service at a Relais & Chateaux property, I offer expert food and beverage knowledge. This includes providing assistance throughout the extensive wine and champagne collection, and within the 5 course tasting menu. Throughout my shifts 5 times per week, it is important to communicate effectively throughout the service team as well as work individually within my role to create the best experience for our guests.
