I immigrated to Canada at age 6. My family relied on subsidized rentals in Vancouver while my mother worked her way into homeownership over eight years. That experience taught me something I carry into every professional relationship: real estate isn\'t just an asset class, it\'s dignity, stability, and the foundation of the Canadian dream.Over 17 years in sales, real estate, and financial services, I\'ve built my career around one role: the trusted advisor. I research deeply before I recommend anything. I build relationships that last years, not quarters. And when it\'s time to move, I rally people toward action, not because I have a title that says I can, but because they trust my judgment.At Alta West Capital, I\'ve worked across business optimization and marketing in the alternative mortgage lending space, improving processes across sales, underwriting, and compliance while building brand strategy and broker channel engagement. My career also includes building and managing a $9.2M multi-family rental portfolio across Calgary, raising $9M+ in capital, and holding an Alberta Mortgage Broker license. I\'ve served on the boards of Lighthouse Voyage and the Canadian Mentorship Network, and I chair the All Saints Anglican Building Committee.I\'m a practitioner of Patrick Lencioni\'s organizational health frameworks (The Advantage, Five Dysfunctions, and Working Genius).
