AMG is a leading Toronto-based entertainment & media company with an unparalleled client list of artists & content creators across music, film, television & digital media.Led by an experienced & innovative management team, AMG was formed in 1998 by Music & Film Producer Mark Berry and operates under his leadership as Chairman. Berry, whose extensive music production, engineering & re-mixing talents has earned him 36 gold & platinum record awards for artists he has worked with, most notably, Grammy & Juno nominated musical icons David Bowie, Duran Duran, Yes, Boy George, Billy Idol, Kool & The Gang, Cameo, Carly Simon, Joan Jett & many more. Mark worked at Vanguard Records in NYC for nearly 12 years Producing, Engineering & Mixing some of the biggest dance hits of the 70\'s & 80\'s. Mark also engineered jazz great, Janet Lawson whose album \"The Janet Lawson Quintet\" was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Jazz Vocal Performance, Female in 1981.The company has 3 employees and is headquartered in Toronto with satellite offices in NYC, HK, BJ & Seoul. AMG also provides clients with unique music advertising, brand integration & marketing opportunities across traditional, social media, mobile, film, TV & gaming platforms.Already the owner of an extensive music publishing catalogue 50% owned by publishing conglomerate BMG Rights Management, AMG\'s mission is to target potential acquisitions in the music, film & television industries ranging from indie record labels, recording artists, writers, feature length films, extreme sports content, purchases in the music publishing sector, insertions of music into international feature film & TV releases, as well as the development of reality based television programming. AMG\'s music distribution is through Universal Music internationally.AMG Visuals has executive produced, financed or distributed several feature length films including Grammy rap superstar Drake\'s live concert film \"Homecoming” in 2015 in association with AMC theatre chain globally.Originally from Brooklyn, NYC, Mark began his career at AIR Studios in London, UK under the tutelage of Sir George Martin, the producer of the Beatles. His first assisting sessions with Sir George would be \"Live & Let Die\" by Paul McCartney & Wings. His first major engineering assignment was Carly Simon\'s \"No Secrets\" album and included the worldwide smash,\"You\'re So Vain\" which was Grammy nominated in 1973 for Song of The Year, Record of The Year & Best Vocal Performance. It would become Mark\'s very first engineering credit. YES, he does know who it\'s about!
