My practice focuses on appeals and dispositive motions in cases presenting complex legal issues. I have drafted briefs in the Supreme Court of the United States, the federal courts of appeals, and other courts on complex issues in a wide range of fields, including antitrust, commercial law, constitutional law, criminal law, ERISA, labor law, securities law, and anti-discrimination law. I have also successfully argued an appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
