I oversee and coordinate all facilities and asset management activities within the northern regional portfolio. My primary focus is achieving the highest health, safety, and compliance standards while delivering operational efficiency and service excellence. Additionally, I lead the development, review, and implementation of business continuity plans, ensuring operational risk assessments and procedures are established to manage risks effectively.I am responsible for creating and executing asset life cycle maintenance plans and coordinating related activities across multiple sites within the estate. This includes proactively planning and organising all inspection, maintenance, and compliance activities. By collaborating with our national maintenance contractors and in-house maintenance team, I ensure that all work aligns with our key performance indicators as well as health, safety, and environmental policies. I also focus on fostering positive relationships with contractors and managing conflicts to meet service-level agreements.I conduct regular site condition surveys that assess building services, mechanical and electrical systems, and the overall condition of the buildings. I generate reactive work as necessary, alongside asset audits, to maintain an accurate register that complies with our data standards and procedures.With a strong technical background in managing building services, building fabric, and contractor relations, I ensure compliance, facilitate life cycle planning, and efficiently address reactive maintenance needs.
