As Life Skills Lead at Switch The Play Foundation I will be taking a more active role in booking the sessions we deliver.Since joining the StP family I have closely with 100’s of fellow athletes with the consistent aim of unlocking their potential alongside the sport that they play.I share my professional experience and academic expertise, delivering a number of Masterclasses which focus on; Transferrable Skills, Brand of You and Maximising Your Network.Whilst I’ve loved the opportunity to operate in a wide range of sports my involvement with StP at this time is predominately as a lead deliver on the life skills programme with Premier League football clubs.As a fundraising champion for STP I ran over 300 Km during April 2021 as well as the London Landmarks 1/2 Marathon to raise awareness of mental health in sport.
