Member of Executive Council at Soin Medical Center/Greene Memorial Hospital, working closely with key executives, service line leaders, physicians, and community leaders in growing the health services provided by the Indu and Raj Soin Medical Center, the Greene Memorial Hospital, and the Kettering Health Network to better meet the health care needs of Greene County. Responsible for all aspects of business development including identification of profitable growth opportunities, physician development, clinical program development, business planning, strategic planning, and decision support and analytics.Developed an implemented KHN Strategic Plan for Greene County including the Primary Care Strategy, Specialty Care Strategy, and the medical staff development plan.
