ABOUT MARK RHODES

I’ve often wondered if I should have been a teacher. But then I think about the year my wife and I homeschooled our children on a cross-country RV trip and how difficult that was, and the wondering quickly passes. I truly love helping people learn, improve, and save time. I’ve been so fortunate that my entire career has been focused on applying technology to help businesses grow, be more efficient, and increase customer satisfaction. It warms my heart every time I can help someone solve a nagging problem that was costing their company thousands, or they find a shortcut that saves them time every day. I’ve worked with companies of all sizes on an incredible variety of strategic, process, technology, and organizational change projects. More recently I’ve been focused on helping partners and customers in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV channel connect and build trusted relationships. Since childhood I was taught a job worth doing is worth doing well, and there is always an opportunity to learn and improve. Through many projects and my role in building communities, I’ve seen the power of a true team to accomplish seemingly unachievable outcomes. One other life lesson from that year of homeschooling? I truly understand the importance of walking in another person’s shoes to understand their perspective.
