   We are a top producing team whose clients are represented with the highest level of integrity, communication, and professionalism. However, it is not uncommon to laugh a lot while in our presence. We love what we do and never forget we are usually representing our client\'s single largest investment. As an Assistant Manager and Associate Broker of the Windermere Eastlake office, I help support a staff of over 90 agents. I enjoy guiding them from my experiences so they can better serve their clients. As a member of Standards of Practice Committee, I assist in setting the ethics standards for Windermere agents above and beyond what is required by law. We are passionate, dedicated and forward thinking regarding the green movement. As members of Windermere’s Green Task Force we strive to educate ourselves, our company, our clients, the public and other agents about the fluid and ever changing green initiative. We believe Green building is relevant to the larger environmental and social justice movement and is a moral imperative. We have participated in all of the Built Green classes offered by MBA, West Coast Green Educational Conference and Residential 130 Built Green Professional Pilot class at NSCC along with EcoBroker and LEED classes.
