ABOUT MARK REED

I specialise in asset management and maintenance design for civil engineering structures, with a primary focus on highway structures. With over a decade of experience in the civil engineering industry, my early career involved managing post-tensioned bridges and conducting non-destructive testing on reinforced concrete structures. Currently, I am engaged in the maintenance design and asset management of highway structures. My extensive background encompasses inspection, assessment, site engineering, and maintenance design. I am committed to challenging conventional approaches, continuously learning from experiences, sharing knowledge, and promoting best practices to enhance the efficiency of our workforce.As the Structures Design Manager overseeing operations in Bristol and Exeter, I am at the helm of a dedicated team of Engineers focused on the renewal and enhancement of locally significant structures. Our endeavors are integral to the South West SDF, SBIM and SPaTS framework. Our team is expanding, contributing to National Highways initiatives with a focus on delivering exceptional and compelling projects.
