ABOUT MARTIN KRAMER

I am an experienced global product manager in the digital health industry. I have been working for Siemens Healthineers in Erlangen for several years as a product manager and have been responsible for multiple digital health products including teamplay Insights, the Digital Business System, and the Digital Marketplace. In these roles, I successfully led an international and multi-disciplinary team in the development and launch of new products, as well as the introduction of new business execution tools to improve finance and operation processes. Additionally, I created innovative marketing and sales lead generation tools and conducted user testing sessions to gather feedback for product development. My experience in product management also involves improving business models and sales strategies for responsible products in the healthcare market.In addition to my experience as a product manager, I also have a strong background in improving software development processes to be more lean and agile. During my time at Siemens Healthineers, I worked closely with the quality and project management teams to introduce new software development processes for continuous delivery. This involved implementing Agile methodologies, streamlining workflows, and creating more efficient communication and collaboration systems between development and management teams. My goal was always to drive innovation, while ensuring that the software development process was as efficient, effective, and streamlined as possible. As a result, I was able to significantly improve the time-to-market for our products and increase overall productivity, while also maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
