ABOUT MARK RUSHTON-WOODS

Over Twenty years in the I.T. Sector across many levels and disciplines, from Field Engineer to Head of Department. I\'m an excellent cross-level communicator who never shies away from difficult problems and embraces tough challenges.I lead successful teams and my ability to think creatively and easily understand new concepts makes me an asset to any team.In my current role, I head up the project engineering department at Allvotec.The Project engineering function is responsible for supplying technical resources to fulfil the delivery of internal and external projects from staging to delivery. Our mission is to provide excellence in delivery while ensuring that supply meets demand in the most efficient way as possible. We will do this by meeting our primary objectives, which are:• Maximising the utilisation of our internal resources whilst reducing our reliance on third parties.• Lowering the overall cost of delivery for Allvotec and our partners.• Delivering improved career development prospects for our people.As Head of Project Engineering, I am directly responsible for the strategy and direction of the Project engineering function. Working collaboratively with other functions, including Sales, Pre-sales, project management, HR, finance and the PMO to ensure strategies for project delivery and profitability can be realized. I also own the relationships with our preferred resourcing partners whom we use to add scale to our project delivery operations.
