Hi there! I’m Mark, a Minneapolis-based product leader with over 15 years of experience shaping everything from scrappy start-ups to big-name brands. My career has taken me across a wide range of industries—e-commerce, retail, healthcare, market research, loyalty, and even outdoors/sporting—in both a B2C and B2B context. No matter the industry or product, my focus stays the same: create customer-centric products fueled by data-driven insights to drive the business outcomes that matter. As a leader in product, I’ve managed product teams of varying shapes and sizes, bringing together product managers, data scientists, designers, and developers (both local and remote) to tackle some pretty ambitious projects. I love diving deep into the solutions and collaborating with my team and peers to solve problems. You\'ll often find me debating new technology trends with engineers (AI/ML anyone?), crafting intricate SQL queries with analysts, or sketching new ideas with UX designers. I’ve had the pleasure of fueling the growth of three start-ups, helping lead them to successful exits. I love the thrill of that “0 to 1” phase, finding product-market fit, and scaling with a team. I\'ve also had to pleasure of unlocking growth at more established enterprises, optimizing products in the market, exploring new revenue streams, and building structure and processes to ensure long-term success.
