Mark Powell is the Co-Founder and Owner of Discovery Property Group, Inc, an independent real estate brokerage in San Diego, California. Leveraging his background as a former school vice-principal, Mark prioritizes client communication and professionalism. He brings 25 years of experience in managing large budgets, both as a business owner and a school administrator. With 21 years of experience as a Realtor and 20 years of hands-on education experience as a classroom teacher, vice-principal, and dean of students, Mark Powell is a seasoned professional. Beyond ensuring the success of his brokerage, Mark serves on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Association of Realtors. Mark Powell was elected to the San Diego County Office of Education as a Board Member. In these roles, Mark provided proactive leadership. Additionally, he has served as a Reserve Police Officer with the San Diego Police Department and volunteers at a local youth theater, where he contributes by building stage props.
