Mark has over 30 years experience in the hotel and hospitality industry and is a Member of the Institute of Hospitality and a Fellow with the Royal Society of Public Health. Mark started his career at The Ritz Hotel, London. After 7 years service, he broadened his experience with senior management positions in the country house hotels of Exclusive Hotels, Sopwell House and Fawsley Hall. As a consultant, Mark’s projects have included acting as general manager to implement change in strategy and performance at mid-market properties. He has organised and overseen a number of training and development programmes, IT infrastructure changes and refurbishments.
