My perspective is shaped by a career that has progressed from hands-on operational leadership to full P&L and board accountability - across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer-led businesses.I currently lead Flexiform and Asgard Secure Steel Storage as Managing Director, following progressive roles including Deputy MD, General Manager, and Head of Supply Chain. This journey has given me a clear view of what enables businesses to scale sustainably: aligned leadership teams, disciplined operating models, clear accountability, and a balanced approach to growth, risk, and cash.My background spans privately owned SMEs, AIM-listed companies, and FTSE 250 organisations. I bring experience across sales, manufacturing, engineering, international logistics, and complex supply chains, and I’ve worked closely with boards and leadership teams through periods of growth, professionalisation, and change - where execution, resilience, and credibility matter.I’m known for asking the right questions, simplifying complexity, and offering constructive challenge grounded in real-world experience. I add particular value where organisations are evolving - whether through operational transformation, innovation, or a shift toward more solution-oriented customer relationships - while keeping a clear focus on long-term performance and responsible ways of working.I believe effective boards are strongest when strategic oversight is informed by genuine operational understanding.
