I sue insurance companies for a living. I call it God\'s work. I do it for big corporations and small businesses. Typically, my clients have been accused of making something or doing something that harmed people or damaged the environment. They\'ve been sued and they\'re facing a big bill. They ask their insurers to cover the loss, but all too often, the insurers refuse. That\'s where I come in. My partners and I have an excellent track record of getting insurance coverage for our clients, either through negotiation or, if necessary, going to court. Examples of recent successful matters include the following- represented an asbestos trust in litigation in federal court on a variety of insurance coverage issues, which resulted in a settlement of over - represented another asbestos trust in an arbitration, which also resulted in recoveries of over currently representing a company that is suing its insurers over lawsuits from coal miners with black-lung disease - currently representing another company that is suing its insurers to make them honor their obligation to pay for an environmental cleanup.
