   For the past fourteen (14) years, my practice has been focused on business, commercial, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights issues, including workouts and loan restructurings; representation of secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, preference defendants, lessors and landlords in bankruptcy cases; repossessions and general collections; and Uniform Commercial Code issues. I also have experience with various commercial issues and have been involved in commercial litigation in numerous courts throughout the country, including in the federal courts in the District of Delaware and Southern District of New York and in various state courts in Indiana, Pennsylvania and Delaware. I also served as a law clerk to the Honorable John J. Thomas, United States Bankruptcy Court Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.I regularly represent lenders, master servicers, and special servicers throughout the country with respect to foreclosures, bankruptcy, REO, receiverships, forbearance agreements, loan modifications, work-outs, and other default issues. I have experience with current issues and practical concerns regarding these legal issues, which I deal with on a daily basis.I am also the Chair of Barnes & Thornburg LLP\'s Motorsports Practice Group, which assists with various motorsports issues and opportunities.I am licensed to practice law in the states of Indiana, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware; and I am admitted to the Court of Appeals for the 2nd, and 3rd Circuits; and U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, District of Delaware, and Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.For purposes of applicable lawyer ethics rules, this may constitute attorney advertising.
