With over two decades of diverse experience across commercial and non-profit sectors, including notable organisations like Samsung, O2, John Lewis Partnership, L\'Oréal, BBC, Reckitt Benckiser, DHL, Save the Children, Channel 4, and M&S, I\'ve honed an exceptional skillset in sales management and leadership. My background focuses on enhancing awareness, confidence, and capability in learning and development, driving sales growth and team performance.Throughout my career, I\'ve designed and implemented bespoke training and coaching programs for apprentices, front-line services, sales & procurement teams, middle management, and senior leadership. These programs incorporate key skills such as strategic thinking, relationship building, communication, negotiation, and adaptability.During the pandemic, I innovated by creating a virtual leadership and management program attended by nearly 300 senior managers and leaders. This comprehensive program addresses critical areas like emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, well-being, trust, collaboration, innovation, servant leadership, identity, and togetherness, while emphasising effective sales management techniques such as impact communications and storytelling.My unique combination of industry knowledge, sales expertise, and dedication to fostering talent has enabled me to make a lasting impact on individuals and organisations. My passion for guiding teams to success, coupled with my adaptability in an ever-changing marketplace, makes me an engaging and valuable asset to any sales management or leadership role.
