Marko Laschuk is currently an supervisor in Enbridge\'s Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A) group, managing a team of accomplished CPAs ensuring high performance and providing valuable insights and support to the executives.Marko was previously part of KPMG Canada’s Audit and Assurance practice and has recently completed a secondment as a Manager with KPMG’s Stockholm office in Sweden, serving multinational companies across Europe. He earned his CPA designation in 2018 from the CPA Western School of Business. In 2015, Marko graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting and a certificate in Leadership. Presently, he is deployed on Audit and Assurance engagements with a specialization in audits under IFRS and US GAAP for a range of public listed clients in the Construction, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Product Distribution, and Publishing industries. Marko has a demonstrated track record of supporting clients on identifying accounting issues, control failures, areas of improvement, and audit misstatements to help them effectively manage accounting risks. As a competitive athlete, Marko served as team captain of the UofA Golden Bears Varsity Tennis Team. In 2014, they won the Canadian National title for the first time in team history. Today, Marko is still indirectly involved with the team as a Director of the University of Alberta’s Golden Bears and Pandas Tennis Alumni Society. He also volunteers with local charities including the Stollery Children’s’ Hospital.
