ABOUT MARK GRIFFITHS

I’m an Agile Delivery Manager with a passion for continuous improvement and delivery of value. I thrive on customer engagement and feedback, ensuring the journey through delivery is transparent and collaborative. My background is mostly in the Public Sector, however since joining Mobilise Cloud, I have embraced the commercial world where the money is real and customer satisfaction is something that can be enjoyed and celebrated by all.Although I’m an agilist with accreditations in Scrum Mastery and Product Ownership, I’m also realistic and recognise that every organisation has different needs and culture, and one size does not fit all. My background is in Project Management, and my strengths are in Agile delivery as well as coaching teams to thrive and become autonomous where possible. I also love to get stuck in to investigative work and problem solving in areas such as DevOps and opportunities for automation and reduction of Toil/waste.My record consists of multiple deliveries ranging from fixed infrastructure in the middle East, multiple on-prem, Cloud and Application upgrade projects as well as process changes at capability level in the Public Sector. In recent years, I’ve also built and managed Agile delivery teams within a product model in both Data Engineering and Cloud product areas, managing both the Delivery and Operational aspects. With all that said, I have now taken the leap into the Private Sector and thoroughly enjoy my role in the consultancy space with Mobilise Cloud and our ever-growing team. Along with working with the best in the industry, I get to work with many different organisations and help them to thrive throughout their journey to become better and gain more value from what they do.
