Provide SAFe based software development team functionality to improve flow, reduce defects and deliver value. Closely coordinate with Government Product Manager, Government Product Owners (team-level), Development Product Owners (team-level), Scrum Masters, Program Architects, and technical leads on roadmap, backlog, preparation for upcoming Program Increment, and progress of teams against current PI objectives. Plan, organize and work in the SAFe/Scaled Agile environment and actively participate in daily syncs, sprint planning, sprint demos, sprint retros, and PI planning meetings. Develop and execute test scripts for assigned projects to enable delivery of high-quality software products and services successfully and consistently on time, on budget, and to specification. Organize smoke, functional, positive, negative and regression tests. Prepare test scenarios in Selenium - Gauge framework, using Gherkin language and execute them on PEGA platform-based and.NET applications. Perform database testing using SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) and execute scripts for RESTful Web Services using the ReadyAPI and SoapU. Analyze and report out issues and results, identifying root causes as appropriate, documenting accordingly in Jira Xray. Work across teams (trains) to enhance quality assurance/testing processes and assist in developing/executing automation testing throughout the business.
