As a leader in Supply Chain & Logistics, my priority is empowering teams to perform at their highest potential while delivering consistent, high-impact results for our clients. I focus on creating an environment where people are supported, equipped, and inspired to succeed.I lead with a clear vision and a commitment to integrity, ensuring every initiative aligns with both operational excellence and long-term profitability for our organization and our customers. My approach blends strategic thinking with a deep understanding of day-to-day realities, allowing me to identify gaps, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement across the board.Prior to joining the Spartan, I held progressive leadership roles at Ryder System, Inc, where I led several high-impact initiatives, including the launch of complex, end-to-end supply chain operations and a large scale international transportation network into Mexico. One of the milestones I’m most proud of was helping lead the planning and execution of the first women-owned Tier 1 onsite supplier operation for a major OEM. This was an effort that combined innovation, inclusion, and operational excellence.At Ryder, I supported and developed a team of over 300 drivers and 20 frontline leaders, focusing not only on hitting performance targets, but also on professional growth and team cohesion. I designed and implemented several tools that helped drive continuous improvement and enabled teams to take ownership of KPIs, empowering them to take proactive steps toward problem-solving and performance.Ultimately, my leadership style is rooted in service, purpose, and a deep belief that investing in people leads to exceptional outcomes.
