My current focus in this role is to drive alignment in Epicor’s corporate and hosted functions to industry standards using compliance frameworks such as ISO, SOC and PCI. I also am heavily engaged with our hosted product operation teams to ensure ongoing compliance and security. In addition, I also work with other departments such as IT, Security, HR, Legal, Facilities, Development, Support and Consulting on internal and customer facing projects. Project Highlights: Obtaining SOC2 and PCI certifications for Epicor’s hosted products, driving both sales and customer confidence. Lead IT resource for GDPR compliance preparations. Legal and Services contract reviews. Creating and maintaining internal IT Policies. Risk assessments and strategic reviews of upcoming offerings.
