I am responsible for the Midwest region, working with independent wholesale distributors in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska.I am a 2024 graduate of LEAP (Leading, Energizing, and Accelerating Potential), a program designed to develop and accelerate the leadership potential of employees within the company. The LEAP program typically focuses on providing participants with the skills, experiences, and opportunities needed to grow into future leadership roles within the organization.I have both participated in and led a number of special projects within Oxbox and the larger Trane Technologies enterprise, including being an Ambassador for EVA (Employee Virtual Assistant), our internal generative AI tool.
