Product Manager with a portfolio that includes Infrastructure and Data Services. My responsibilities include establishing product vision, strategy, and systemwide objectives; including roadmap development, requirements gathering, leading steering committees and advisory groups, presenting at conferences, and serving as the point of contact to the California Community Colleges Chancellors Office, Community Colleges, and other stakeholders.\\\\n\\\\nFunded by grants from the Chancellor\'s Office, the Technology Center facilitates systemwide technology projects for the systems 116 colleges, the largest system of higher education in the United States with more than 2.1 million students.\\\\n\\\\nThe products I manage Data, comprised of a systemwide Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Report Server, which connects diverse systemwide data sources with an AWS-based data platform. Data supports Researchers through data informed decision making.\\\\n\\\\neTranscript California, the statewide intersegmental transcript exchange initiative covering the UC, and CSU systems, as well as private and out-of-state SuperGlue, an integration architecture developed by the Technology Center to allow disparate Student Information Systems and other data systems to connect in a standardized way to systemwide technologies.\\\\n\\\\nMaster Data Management, an MDM initiative to provide data quality and consistency by enabling colleges and other data systems to choose whether and how often to synch data with the centralized applications.\\\\n\\\\nMultiple Measures Placement Service, designed to support the community colleges by leveraging transcript data to support the placement of students in English and Math courses.\\\\n\\\\nI also represent the California Community College Technology Center at standards settings organizations including PESC and IMS, and serve as Co-Chair of the PESC EdExchange Steering Committee and JSON-LD Workgroup.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
