I am a Business Development Manager at Lakeshield, a bridging finance company that helps investors, developers, and brokers achieve their property goals. With over 30 years of experience in founding and developing businesses in various sectors, including IT, gaming, and property, I have a wealth of knowledge and skills in deal sourcing, business management, client relations, and project delivery. Property is my passion and my current role at Lakeshield allows me to leverage my network and expertise to provide tailored solutions for different property needs. I am always keen to hear from like-minded individuals who are working or investing in property, who need finance or have access to sites anywhere in the North down to Birmingham, or who need a professional commercial to residential build team. I am also involved in several aparthotel projects in Llandudno and Morecambe, which will offer high-quality serviced accommodation for visitors and tourists.
