During this time I\'ve managed projects from department to enterprise level utilizing agile scrum and LSS methodologies. Directing these projects required leveraged technology, operations, application development and risk management leadership to drive competitive SaaS market products that provide innovative solutions. The Lab operates with a clear mission: to implement innovative technologies, drive efficiency improvements across departments, and continuously refine new ideas to improve service delivery. By fostering an environment of innovation, The Lab will ensure that County services are delivered with excellence, enhancing both citizen and employee experience.The Lab will collaborate on a variety of initiatives aimed at advancing the County’s goals. The division will explore and implement Generative AI technology and maximize the use of current software products. Its work will transform Onslow County Government into an innovative, efficient, and responsive organization.In recent years the organization has reacted slowly when addressing pressing challenges, limiting potential and delaying progress. We recognize significant room for improvement, both within the organization and in citizen service. Our focus is on transforming operations—shifting from reaction to proactive innovation.
