Currently responsible for USAA\'s P&C product performance (Auto, Home & Renters) in Colorado (Top 10 state)Past responsibilities were the Auto insurance product performance for USAA’s Great Lakes territory (IL, IN, MI, MN & WI). Key deliverables included:Led Michigan No-Fault Reform project team to deliver PIP reform and additional Auto insurance product enhancements USAA’s Michigan membership.Met compliance obligations by leading & directing the project team to create Michigan MCCA Surplus Refunds for each eligible USAA member while meeting compliance obligations.Led effort to meet compliance obligations related to Michigan\'s filing. This effort required bringing together USAA\'s Auto Pricing, Loss Reserving and State Management teams.Led efforts to eliminate premium leakage and improve rating accuracy associated with USAA\'s countrywide motorcycle insurance program, resulting in a $40M premium benefit over three years.Identified statutory fee recoupment opportunities in Michigan and Illinois that will result in $23M in recoupments over the next three years for USAA. Leader of State Management\'s Summer Intern Program. Responsible for recruiting, training, assessing and hiring summer interns.Co-lead of Auto State Management\'s recruiting and hiring. Responsible for identifying, interviewing and hiring of both internal and external Auto State Management candidates.Co-lead of bi-annual sessions to calibrate and assess all non-executive employees who report up to USAA\'s Auto Product Line Leader. Created and led Auto State Management\'s Training & Development weekly sessions.
