About Mark McCulley

PQA helps small and Stage-2 companies prepare to scale up, increase profits or be acquired, by \"Making ISO Make Sense\"(TM) in your company. The international business-improvement standard, ISO 9001, is a path to growth if you\'re willing to take it. We have seen companies double and triple in size, and multiply their market share, by applying the principles contained in the ISO standards. I have stayed on the lookout for process improvement during 30 years in the meetings industry, earning kudos for customer service and innovative methods from clients and peers alike, and now applying that same energy to the application of ISO standards. That quest for continual improvement led me to study the field of quality management, particularly ISO 9001, in 2005. It was a natural move. Principles I\'ve always used, like process design and control, document control, and examining the deeper reasons for mistakes, form much of the foundation for a Quality Management System. As in my previous endeavors, I am not satisfied with the status quo but continue to learn, and to look for improvements in my auditing skills and in the process of client service. I have worked with PQA International for fifteen years, serving clients and recently taking up duties in Finance and Marketing for the company. I am also an ordained elder in Grace Communion International, and enjoy gardening and carpentry.
