1. Senior Manager, Ops Strategy

   Gopuff

   Nov 2022 — Present

   In this role, I lead Operations Strategy for Gopuff\'s partnership with Starbucks. My team and I have pioneered the path to Starbucks Delivery-Only operations within our existing Gopuff Operations. I currently oversee all restaurant operations, mass launch strategy, training and implementation. During our pilot with Starbucks, I successfully developed and implemented an operational strategy for Starbucks cafes in our network, including labor forecasting, optimized scheduling, and a methodology to control labor costs. I have created a leadership org structure for our network that has saved in top line costs while increasing contribution margins, resulting in a more profitable operation. And I have worked cross-functionally with multiple teams across Gopuff to streamline and integrate our cafes into our larger fulfillment center operations, resulting in a more seamless experience for our customers. Moving forward, I am working to actively expand our Starbucks footprint within Gopuff\'s operations to over 50 locations this year. My team of Area Managers is focused on training and launching new cafes within Gopuff to optimize the customer experience for both Gopuff and Starbucks customers.
