About Mark Maglin

I\'ve always been a technology geek. During my early Navy days, I wrote a point paper on why our ship needed a PC (It took almost a year, but we got one). I majored in systems engineering, and I\'m an early adopter of the latest and greatest tech gadgets. Throughout my career, I\'ve seen the power of innovation find and solve problems — and transform organizations.From my active duty IT program management for Naval Aviation to my service out of uniform as a contractor leading program management for the NSA\'s zero-day cyber threat program, to serving as a Program Director for the U.S. Army Endpoint Security, and now leading Department of Defense cybersecurity for a rapidly growing advanced technology firm, I\'ve taken projects from the drawing board through development and deployment. So when presented with a challenge, my teams and I are willing and able to find innovative solutions to mitigate whatever cyber threat stands in the way of our nation\'s security.

   Let\'s go flying! I teach students who are looking to learn just for fun, as well as first flights, and everything from Private Pilot to advanced ratings. I am a certified flight instructor for single engine and multi-engine aircraft, and an instrument instructor with CFII, MEII, and ATP certifications.
