Overseeing Art Direction for all internal and external projects Maintaining artistic standards Technical and tools strategy Liaising with department heads and Studio Directors wrt Biz Dev and project specific requirements Delivery of Marketing assets Recruitment Project management Staff development I also contribute to internal projects in what ever capacity is required from tech demos to lighting to asset production.
